We offer flat rate shipping fees through Australia Post to all Australian residents and depend on the size and shape of your order. Prices may change in line with Australia Post inflations. If you are concerned about the price of postage on this website, please contact me as I will be able to review the final postage cost. Due to difficulties with the website calculating postage for multiple items, it is causing some issues that I am attempting to address. Thank you for your patience!

Pick up is available if you are located in Townsville, QLD. Drop off is available if you are located in Ayr and Home Hill, QLD.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Please note that timeframes can exceed this during busy holiday periods, so it is best to place your order as early as possible during these times.

Please consider your choice carefully as I do not offer returns for change of mind. All products are handmade and likely to have slight imperfections - however, we feel this adds to the unique charm and character of the product, making each piece truly one of a kind.
